NVQ Customer Service Level 2 and Level 1

MM has launched HOSPITALITY SKILLS PLUS, a project which provides affordable, subsidised Customer Service Training Courses & Business Support to SME’s in the Hospitality Industry in Central London.

This project is co-financed through the European Social Fund (ESF) via Learning and Skills Council London Central (LSCLC).

This enables SMEs to receive Customer Service Training Courses with savings of up to 70%!
